Graduate in 1988 of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Building Services Department, within the Traian Vuia Polytechnic Institute (currently Politehnica University of Timișoara) and PhD in Civil Engineering from Politehnica University of Timișoara since 2007.

In 1994, he founded SC Dosetimpex SRL, today one of the main competitors in the Romanian building services market.
Since 1993, he has been an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of Politehnica University of Timișoara.

He has designed and implemented major building services projects for large companies in Romania. Since 2013, Dosetimpex has also been active in the Belgian construction installations market.
He has extensive expertise in building services engineering, building energy performance, building sustainability, the use of solar energy, and achieving energy savings in buildings.
