Sinan Alkaş serves as a Principal Construction Project Manager at Turkcell and specializes in data center design and construction. He manages the entire project lifecycle end-to-end for advanced data center projects implemented in Turkey, from concept development to commissioning and international certification processes.

His work focuses particularly on mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure in data centers, developing strategies and implementations for managing high-density IT loads, energy efficiency, and sustainability. In this context, he actively contributes to ensuring that projects are developed in compliance with international quality standards such as EN 50600 and Uptime Institute criteria.
