Livio MAZZARELLA

Livio Mazzarella graduated in Milan in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy in 1982. Full Professor of Environmental Technical Physics since 2000, he has been teaching various disciplines in the field of environmental air conditioning and building physics at the Politecnico di Milano since 1990, and he is author of more than 200 publications in such sectors. Member of AICARR since 1979, he has held the position of member of the Board several times and represents AICARR in RHEVA, where he is the actual president for the term 2025-2028. He has been working in standardization since 1992 at CTI (Italian Standardization Committee for HVAC), where he is currently nominated Council Member by the Ministry of University and Research. He is also President of the Indoor Environmental Quality Global Alliance.
